Что-то у них не так с артиклями, мне кажется; должно быть the cup of coffee in the Moscow cafe? Или чашка кофе теперь везде дороже 200 рублей?

Кстати, из первых 20 городов я был в 10.

Я тоже люблю иногда учить американцев их родному языку, но в данном случае, мне кажется, они правы. There is a cafe in Moscow where a cup of coffee is priced at $10.40, but not all of them are. Наоборот, the cup in the cafe означало бы, что это всегда так.
